This was such an AWESOME learning opportunity!! My first time cutting with type of saw…broke two blades…whoops sorry Dave (Dave is our super next door neighbor and Sarah’s dad:)) Thanks to Dave and Justin for ALL their help and words of wisdom during a fun project day at the neighbors’ shop!

My son Ty was a huge help and decided to assist when cleaning off the spots where we needed to weld, and he did ALL the tack welding. He already has a bill ready for me in the amount of $10.00 for his welding expertise and has a plan for our continued work together. :)

Final step…angle iron for additional support and framing it up.

The nearly finished product. Awaiting a good old rusty metal bed spring, a colorful outdoor sofa setee pillow with coordinating throw pillows to match ……Awww spring is in the air…okay maybe not yet, but a fun thought.

You are so cool! Super cool idea…………..except maybe the welding part……….and cutting it apart thing…..(I know you’re laughing at me!) I’d maybe get one of my boys to do that for me!
